Shipping Methods and Procedures

Registered Airmail International

As of November 2010, all Airmail Shipments including "Registered Airmail" and" Express Mail Service" shipped to The United States (USA), Central America and South America are limited to 400 grams per package.

International airmail packages have an average delivery time of approximately 14 days and will require the recipient to sign for the package upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package, the postal service will require that you come to sign for it at their location. In such case, the postman should leave a notice at your delivery box to inform that the package is waiting for your signature.

Wholesale Order Shipping

ALL wholesale orders will be shipped with a courier that provides additional insurance coverage such as UPS Express Saver or FedEx (Federal Express Package). Due increasing fuel charge, shipping and insurance cost for high value merchandise such as silver and gold, Asia Charisma will provide insurance of up to $500 USD free of charge. However, any orders above $500 USD will have the option to purchase additional insurance through the shipping company where the package is submitted. We will make sure to notify each client of this option at the time an order is submitted to us. First time clients will be required to submit an initial deposit of no less than 50% of the total order submitted. Once your order has been completely processed, a shipping invoice with balance will be made available for review and payment. Once we receive your confirmation, the product will be packaged and released for shipment at which time our team will be in touch with you package tracking information.

After settlement of your order and releasing of your shipment, Asia Charisma will be in close contact with you throughout the process and would appreciate any correspondence upon delivery of your merchandise. Please make sure to let us know if you encounter any shipping delays.

EMS International

A quick and reliable express air postage that insures packages with average delivery time of 3 to 5 days. This method is used with all express shipping to Australia. Shipping and insurance prices are based on the value of product ordered. We will automatically insure up to $500 USD, however larger orders will need to purchase insurance separately. See table below for shipping estimates. Please also understand that shipping prices are not within our control and are influenced by fuel and currency changes, therefore can change at any time.

UPS Express International

UPS is recommended for large orders for cost-effectiveness, particularly for US based clients. Insures all packages and has a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. Shipping and insurance prices are based on the value of product ordered. We will automatically insure up to $500 USD, however larger orders will need to purchase insurance separately. See table below for shipping estimates.

Federal Express International

Federal Express is recommended for large orders for cost-effectiveness, particularly for Europe based clients. Insures all packages and has a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. See shipping table below. Shipping and insurance prices are based on the value of product ordered. We will automatically insure up to $500 USD, however larger orders will need to purchase insurance separately. See table below for shipping estimates.

Shipping prices fluctuate on a daily basis, so we will not quote a specific shipping price for wholesale orders until an actual "price inquiry/order form" has been submitted to us. Shipping costs will be charged exactly what the courier charges us to ship each box or merchandise. We do not make additional costs to shipping prices. If specific items need special packaging materials that the courier does not provide, we will make a slight adjustment to your shipping cost, however, this is a rare situation. In any case, rest assure that we will bill you the shipping costs first to confirm that price and courier is suitable with you.
